Doesn't seem very knowledgeable about anything especially about his job as a zoning person think he needs to retire and become a inspector for the BMW because he shows compassion for inspecting people's vehicles.

Had an expensive tree planted in the fall to guarantee a "one year warranty" per owner. The tree did leaf out slightly the following spring but was completely dead by June. Called the nursery to be informed that the warranty expired by April 15th. He was not open to any discussions. Will not be using his services again.
